The Paralegal
Directory serves two purposes: one, to encourage networking among the
paralegal profession and two, to provide information on paralegals for
potential employers. To be listed in the Paralegal Directory, the paralegal
must be an NFPA member. (Note: any member of a NFPA local association is
automatically a member of NFPA.) Information in the Paralegal Directory can
be searched by the paralegal's name, location and speciality. For example,
to look for a California paralegal in family law, search "family law" and
"CA."
The use of the Paralegal Directory for solicitation by vendors for
services or products is strictly prohibited, except by personnel recruiters.
NFPA does not endorse the unauthorized practice of law. If you are using
the Paralegal Directory because you need legal advice and are unable to
afford it, use instead pro bono assistance information through the American
Bar Association's site at http://www.abanet.org/legalserv/probono/home.html.
