Substitutions, Cancellations & Refunds
If you cannot attend you may send a substitute (if you are a Policy Meeting delegate, please see your credentialing form for details on sending a substitute delegate). Requests for substitutions and cancellations must be submitted in writing by e-mail, fax or regular mail. Cancellations received on or before Monday, October 19, 2009 are subject to a $50.00 fee. Cancellations received after Monday, October 19, 2009 will forfeit all fees.

Cancellation of seperate items of your convention registration (social event, lunches, etc.) are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
